The Tenderloin is the easiest thing in the world, so I feel silly even posting it. Basically, take a bunch of fresh rosemary or thyme or hearty basil or a combination and chop it as finely as you can. Mix in some salt and pepper, and rub with olive oil over the entire pork tenderloin. Then put in the broiler for approximately 12 minutes (at least, its 12 minutes on my broiler, but our stove is wacky). Tent with foil and let rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly on the bias. Serve right away because it cools quickly.
Usually I am completely adverse to turning on the oven in the summertime, but this pie looks so so so so so good that I cannot resist.
