Last Saturday was one of the happiest days of my year. Emma got married! And after a whirlwind week of making jams and baking cakes and pulling together a last minute flower girl crowns and driving back and forth across the valley, and sitting around gabbing and drinking beer...well, she finally walked down the aisle and got married. (Too busy to get around to posting last week's Golden Hour) And four hours later I made a rather embarrassing toast (mostly because I was nervous), which ended well at least, with this quote:
But, in spite of these deficiencies, the wishes, the
hopes, the confidence, the predictions of the small band
of true friends who witnessed the ceremony, were fully answered in the perfect happiness of the union.
