Thanksgiving: First Course

Ok, enough dreaming. Now for the real thanksgiving. Everyone is arriving around three, but we won't be eating till five. So this is what will tide us over:

Roasted Garlic
Chevre with figs and honey, only I'm using cranberries.
Triple-cream brie
Basque Cheese
Apples and pears, sliced.
And those yummy whole grain crackers from TJ's.
