Pushing Daisies (part 2)

To borrow a phrase from my favorite T.V. Reviewer: Pushing Daisies is the greatest show you are not watching.

I declared after one episode that it was my new favorite T.V. show, and I was a faithful viewer till the strike ended things prematurely.

Now it's back (the premiere is tonight, 8 p.m., on ABC), and I can't wait. Check out Goodman's review of the current season here.

* * * For the record: Lee Pace, who plays Ned the Piemaker in Pushing Daisies, is my new celebrity crush. Check him out in the delightful Miss Pettigrew Lives for a Day, alongside the equally adorable Amy Adams.

I love Pushing Daisies. I am so excited for the new season, especially in HD! It is beautiful to look at and the characters are really terrific. If you have never seen if, go check out http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FJr8hYadMjE . It is a show that I hope sticks around for a while.

  2. I adore you! I adore the main boy too and that whole show!! What fun--we will have so many shows to watch together when comps are over...doesn't she have the greatest outfits??
Also, there is a thank you note for brunch in my bag that I discovered last night but has been there for a while...

Your blog entry made me watch it. It's so fanciful, and funny! What a nice change from the umpteen thousands of gory crime dramas.
